well...its been quite a fun and busy week for me...but it's so exciting...=)
been into a meeting with so many Assistant Managers...join them into the discussion and even get to voice out my opinion even though i am just a normal worker...i think this is just the culture of IKEA...it does matter who you are, everyone have equal status when it comes to work...this will remove the barrier of not voice-ing out what is not good and what could be improved....

-training calendar planning
-my project analysis
well...i feel kinda lucky that i have such great ppl that i am attached to...not only they are fun to work with...but also they are always there to guide me through and they allow me to work on things and make decision for problems i face...
